Video Continuing Education wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you find that a purchased course does not meet your training needs, you may request a full refund or course exchange within 30 days from your date of purchase so long as the final exam has not been attempted. Prior to attempting the final exam, your full purchase price will be refunded or the course can be exchanged for another course. After the final exam has been attempted, we are unable to issue a refund or course exchange due to the initiation of the accreditation process.
For credit or refund requests
Please contact Video Continuing Education with your name, phone number, email address, course name, and the reason for your request. You will be contacted within 2 business days. If given credit, the credit will remain valid for 12 months after the issue date. When a problem is brought to our attention during business hours, our office staff attempts to solve the problem immediately. If the problem cannot solved immediately, the complaint is further directed to the appropriate staff member. Problems regarding CEUs, are directed to the CE Administrator. All other problems are directed to the CEO. When there are problems that cannot be resolved within 2 days, we will provide updates at an agreed upon interval, until it is satisfactory resolved.
